For Tribal Nations & Indigenous Communities
Where XEOS-operated acreage touches tribal or indigenous interests, we engage through treaty-rights consultation, benefit-sharing agreements, and nation-to-nation protocols. Our indigenous-relations lead is embedded in the General Counsel's office and engages directly with tribal regulatory authorities.
For Local Communities
XEOS is a long-term member of every basin community it operates in. Our community-investment program includes local-first procurement, trade-school sponsorships, regional road and water-infrastructure partnerships, and a standing community-advisory council at each operating office.
- Community Advisory Council in every basin office, meeting quarterly
- Local-first procurement target: 70%+ of basin operating spend with in-state vendors
- Trade-school and community-college partnerships for workforce development
- Legacy orphan-well plugging program prioritizing communities adjacent to XEOS acreage
